My Philosophy
I have a passion for movement. I have always been incredibly active and absolutely love being outside in nature whether it is running, on my bike or in the mountains. My journey for a natural, wild and mindful life full of movement has taken decades of travel, experiences and studying and I am only now truly understanding the importance of reconnecting to ourselves and nature.
After training as a Pilates Teacher I was confronted with the same ailments in sessions time after time - back pain, foot pain, hip pain, shoulder tightness as I worked with clients and began to dive deeper into the world of natural movement.
Through continued learning and understanding I have become acutely aware of the importance of our environment on our well-being and health and am dedicated to helping clients make everyday changes in their environments which have a massive impact on their physical (and mental) health.
Over the last few years I have made significant changes in my own home environment including a floor desk, climbing and hanging opportunities and getting rid of the sofas (you don't have to go that far!!)
Our bodies need daily movement and they need a variety of nutritious movement. Your cells require movement to thrive. If you are interested in learning more or working with me then please send a message.
Together we can reconnect you to your body and regain mobility and strength so you can thrive and take on new challenges.
I look forward to meeting you soon
