1-1 sessions
1:1 sessions allow you to focus on your own health goals, whether you have chronic back pain, are hunched over a screen all day or are an athlete training for a specific event. 1:1 sessions can be tailored to your exact needs and can include a mix of movement and breath work or be solely movement based or breath work focussed.
For new clients I offer a free 30 minute consultation so please send a message and contact me to arrange a suitable time.
Small group classes
Come and experience small personalised classes in the comfort and safety of my garden studio. With groups sizes limited to only 3 participants, sessions are planned according the clients in the room. Never again do you have to feel out of your depth or worry about ‘keeping up’ in a class. There is no judgement whatsoever - just support, guidance and smiles.
If you are interested in a small group class, please send me a message as places are limited and spots are paid for termly to ensure consistency and give you some accountability.

Coaching
Over the last few years I have taken steps to live a more natural lifestyle and have completed my NatLife Coach L1 certification with Tony Riddle. Through developing daily habits I am able to cope with the stresses and strains that modern society throws at us. These habits of grounding, cold water, breath work, nutrition and sleep have been adopted by the whole family, including my children and have seen us manage a number of challenges without feeling overwhelmed and out of control.
As Tony Riddle often says: “We cannot all live in nature, but that does not mean we can’t live naturally”. Our modern environments are not conducive to growing and maintaining a healthy human being but there are many things that we can do without alienating ourselves and our family.
