Hello, my name is Zoe.
Join me on a journey to reconnect to our bodies, breath, mind and nature.
Based in Gloucestershire, I offer weekly 1:1 sessions and small group classes from my small garden studio.
Regular workshops allow you to strengthen your body and delve deeper into functional and natural movements, building a strong foundation from which you can build an active lifestyle.
As a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, I bring an awareness to the breath in all classes but also offer 1:1 coaching in functional breathing. If you suffer with breathlessness, poor sleep, anxiety, stress, snoring or even sleep apnea then the way you are breathing could have a significant effect on your health and wellbeing. Through scientifically proven exercises, you can optimise your health and fitness.
As a certified NatLife coach we can work together to help create a more natural lifestyle for you and your family, prioritising movement and creating an atmosphere of calm in an increasingly stressful and chaotic world.
